We offer flexible month-to-month lease options, allowing you to store with us for either short or extended durations.
What is required to rent a storage unit?
During the rental process you will agree to the size and process of the storage unit, provide your contact information, and provide a valid government-issued ID, such as a driver’s license, passport, or state ID. We require our customers to sign our rental agreement, along with a lease for the unit.
Why I should sign up for autopay?
Our automatic payment system is designed to process your rental payment on time without any worry or concern about our late fees. Also, automatic payment will avoid our monthly payment processing fee.
Moving and Storing
What is a climate-controlled unit?
Climate-controlled storage units provide a suitable environment for your possessions, protecting them against humidity and extreme heat or cold. These units are better for long-term storage, furniture, electronics, books and clothes.
Since they're inside the building, they tend to keep your possessions cleaner than a standard unit. Our building is kept between 55° and 85° all year long with remote monitoring.
When may I move into my unit?
We offer the flexibility for our customers to move into a unit during any of the access hours. After you complete the rental steps for your unit, and receive the DirectKey app email, you may head to the facility to access your unit.
What items are prohibited to store at your facility?
To ensure the safety and health of all our customers the following items are prohibited in our facility: food, perishables, plants, stolen items, illegal good, flammable material, hazardous items, combustible material, and liquids are not allowed for storage.
Do you have dollies available at your facility?
Yes. You are welcome to use our complimentary dollies for move in.
What are the security measures online?
Security is very important here to use to maintain the safety of our customers and facilities. Our goal is to keep your belongings protected and guarded! Our facility is equipped with monitored access and 24-hour video surveillance, along with additional security lights outside the building. Each unit is individually secured, so you can rest assured knowing that your items will stay safe while in our care.
Your Storage Unit
When is my bill due?
Your rental payment is due every 1st of the month. If you signed up for automatic payment, you payment will be deducted on the first of the month. Online bill pay is a useful amenity that allows you to manage your account from anywhere with an internet connection.
How can I make payments for my storage unit?
You can conveniently pay your storage bill online, by logging into your account and using a debit or credit card.
Transfer and Move Out
Can I transfer my items to another unit?
Yes! Contact us for details on the transfer. The transfer process must be completed on the same day.
What are the move-out procedures?
You must provide a 30-day written notice and notify us when all items have been removed from the unit. The unit must be clean and swept after items are moved out.
